Location: Waseca, MN

Wage: $50,000 per year

Hours: 8 am– 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 3:30 pm, Friday (every other Friday off)

Duties of thefinancial advisor assistant:

• Prepare reports on sales activities and budgets
• Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and other functions
• Conduct research and analyze data
• Provide accurate information to callers and clients
• Update client files and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in meeting with clients to determine their needs

Requirements of thefinancial advisor assistant:

• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
