    Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word & Excel

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and filing documents

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

    Must be able to type 40-60 WPM

    Positive " can do" attitude and great work ethic are very important.

    Experience in customer support, project coordination, or receptionist roles is a plus.

    Responsibilities :

    Answering incoming calls – Primary

    Receiving deposits & payments

    Scheduling installations & service calls

    Handling warranties, rebates & returns to vendors

    Ordering materials & equipment from vendors

    Registering equipment

    Work with our service team on sourcing components, pricing, repairs

    Greet and assist onsite guests

    Utilize our office software for tracking customer information

    Perform other office tasks as assigned

    This is a full-time position with competitive compensation. We offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you. We are Willing to train the right candidate.

    Must live in close proximity to Nashua

    Must be able to work 730 am until 4:30 pm

    *End time is flexible
