We're seeking a dedicated School Counselor to join our team near Philladelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of middle school students, providing essential support and guidance during their formative years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct short-term individual and group counseling sessions for middle school students.
• Provide guidance and support to students facing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and classroom presentations on topics related to mental health, bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and other relevant issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in pliance with professional standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
• Pennsylvania state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Experience working with middle school students in an educational or counseling setting.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
