    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings.

    This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Installation and Maintenance:
    Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems in commercial buildings.
    Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
    Diagnose and repair issues with existing systems, including electrical and mechanical components.


    Troubleshooting and Repair:
    Identify problems with HVAC/R systems through careful inspection and use of diagnostic tools.
    Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring in HVAC/R systems.
    Ensure that all repairs and installations comply with the building codes and safety regulations.


    Customer Service and Communication:
    Provide high-quality customer service, including explaining technical information to non-technical clients.
    Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of work performed.
    Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure all needs are met.


    Safety and Compliance:
    Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in handling HVAC/R systems and tools.
    Stay updated with the latest safety codes and industry standards.
    Ensure all installations and repairs meet environmental protection requirements.


    Continuous Learning:
    Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and practices in the HVAC/R industry.
    Share knowledge and best practices with team members.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial setting.
    Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairValid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
    Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
    Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
    EPA Section 608 Technician Certification preferred.
