The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees daily operations of the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes for assigned areas of responsibilities throughout Dollywood Parks & Resorts.

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the talent acquisition manager and director in the development and implementation of sourcing, recruiting hiring, and onboarding in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Supervise the daily operations of the hourly talent acquisition team which includes but is not limited to: regular and consistent communication, scheduling, hiring, training, performance evaluations, positive discipline and career development.
Collaborate with the colleagues to create marketing collateral (paper, digital, social media, radio, television, and other materials) to align with the Company's employment branding strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, meeting regularly to support and serve staffing needs and hold each other accountable to agreed staffing levels.
Ensure processes, practices, systems and data are maintained and delivered according to standards.
Create and implement innovative sourcing initiatives that result in incremental headcount.
Develop new and manage existing relationships with third party staffing sources. Create open lines of communication to ensure accurate requests for staff as well as timely invoicing and payment.
Manage Company LinkedIn profile according to employment branding strategies.
Manage relationship with Indeed and other job board site partnerships.
Routinely serve as Person in Charge of HR Operations.
Assist with all HR Events as needed.
Understand and adhere to annual budgets
Maintain confidentiality at all times to ensure that there is no release of information pertaining to Dollywood records, plans or any other matter without approval.

Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College Degree is preferred.
One (1) to three (3) years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience required.
Some proven successful leadership experience of at least 2-5 employees required.
Theme park experience or high-volume seasonal staffing experience preferred.
Must have a strong working knowledge of common office software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases and interoffice communication.
Must have excellent oral presentation skills.
Must have excellent writing and math skills.
Knowledge of employment law required.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
