Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources who thrives in the hospitality sector.Qualified applicants must have at least six years human resources experience in a full-service hotel, resort or country club setting.
Resort Director of Human Resources Compensation and Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insuranceRelocation assistance provided on a case by case basis
Resort Director of Human Resources Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role in human resources
Strong financial and business acumen with a solid understanding and practice of NY employment laws and regulations
Experience in all functional areas of human resources, often acquired through an HR Generalist role
Resort Director of Human Resources Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR policies and best practices across the organization, ensuring compliance and equity across all levels
