    Description
    The AI ML Systems Engineer position will utilize knowledge repositories and soldier touch points related to Military Operations and Intelligence systems to work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other intelligence analysts to analyze, assess, develop and implement machine learning models as well as artificial intelligence applications into a broader family of Army Operational systems
    Responsibilities Provide systems engineering services and subject matter expertise to validate technical and operational solution(s).
    Provide systems engineering inputs to acquisition documentation including SOWs, specifications, engineering plan, and evaluation strategy.
    Leverage AI analysis products to make strategy recommendations that align with government strategy
    Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven applications.
    Assist with implementing Machine Learning Engineer frameworks and initiatives
    Support the development of and assessment of SBIR topics, BOMs, RFPs, etc., as defined by Government stakeholders.
    In depth understanding of data science and algorithms
    Knowledge of systems and network security, auditing, and user authentication
    Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy.
    Collect, organize, and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders.
    Willingness to learn and continue developing knowledge in an up-and-coming field
    Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services
    Hybrid work environment with up to 25% travel Qualifications Minimum BS in Computer Science or related fields
    Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
    Experience in government software acquisitions
    Experience with NLP and relevant libraries
    Experience building and maintaining large scale, distributed and high-performance data pipelines for AI/ML tasks
    Experience using machine learning technologies and intelligence applications.
    Familiarity with a variety of machine learning models and their applications in intelligence analysis.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Familiarity with AI/ML based systems and understanding model values and statistical analysis.

    Basic of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.

    Ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

    Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to contractor personnel on procedures.
