    Partner Operations Overview:

    The Partner Operations Manager is a new role on the Customer Success Strategy & Operations team, which is focused on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across the broader Customer Success & Partnerships Departments. With a keen understanding of the Ironclad GTM and Partnerships Strategy, the Partner Ops Manager will focus on standing up new processes, systems, reporting, and operating cadences that are critical to ensuring a consistent, scalable, and positive partner strategy for all the different types of Ironclad partners. With this role being the first of its kind on the team, we're looking for a teammate who is a strategic thinker, has an ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done, and exhibits a ship, shipmate, self mentality.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with the Partnerships team and the broader GTM Operations team to define and operationalize the end-to-end partner experience from identification/recruitment to activation/ongoing success.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of Channel Tech Alliance & SI Partners, including but not limited to deal & implementation registration, tracking invoicing & payments to SIs, implementing incentive programs, documenting/enforcing policy & partnering with Professional Services on subcontracting capacity needs.
    • Partner with GTM Systems on overseeing Impartner and ensuring it integrates with the broader GTM stack.
    • Analyze partner KPIs, identify areas for enhancement, & collaborate on strategies to optimize partner success, revenue generation & gross margin
    • Own strategy and facilitation of partner NPS, CSAT, and other feedback surveys required to drive an outstanding partner experience.
    • Collaborate with Partnerships team to define & drive regular cadence of activities like QBRs, Partner Plan reviews, pipeline reviews & quarterly Operations roadmap & priorities.
    • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including but not limited to territory assignment, quota assignment, KPI management, margin analysis, & forecasting.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Success, Customer & Partner Enablement & Marketing teams on executing partner-driven campaigns, promotions, & lead generation activities all while building reporting capabilities.
    Requirements:
    • Experience working across different types of partners (i.e. channel partners, VARs, SIs, MSPs, ISVs) and a deep understanding of their routes to market.
    • Minimum 5 years operations experience, with 3 years focused on partnerships.
    • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using Excel and/or gSheets to drive insights, produce accurate forecasts, and support the business in making informed decisions.
    • Experience partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, & BI teams on drive Operational rigor for the Partnerships team.
    • Experience with Salesforce and Impartner (or other PRM tools) and ability to build/maintain executive-level reports & dashboards, drive pipeline hygiene, & liaise with GTM Systems on providing technical requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with c-level executives on Operations roadmap planning & execution; ability to identify priorities, multi-task, meet deadlines and change course quickly.

    Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

    The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
