    LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Technician for a local contract job in Bradenton, Florida.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Medical Lab Technician
    • Discipline: Allied Health Professional
    • Duration: 52 weeks
    • 40 hours per week
    • Shift: 8 hours, rotating
    • Employment Type: Local Contract

    Job Requirements

    • National certification as Medical Technologist (ASCP preferred)
    • Florida State Medical Technologist License required (all lab areas preferred; minimum 3 areas required)
    • Associate's Degree in Medical Technology required (Bachelor's preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years hospital lab experience preferred
    • Blood Bank experience preferred
    • Ability to work independently and cover all lab areas
    • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills
