Job summary

The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
This includes leading and/or performing system implementations, configurations, modifications, and integrations to ensure HRIS processes and data management align with business needs.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams,
management of HRIS-related projects,
and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations including configuration maintenance implementation review updates planning coordination testing ensuring smooth execution as required.
  • Action as escalation point for troubleshooting resolving questions issues efficiently timely manner.
  • Auditing data ensure accuracy consistency completeness systems identify correcting discrepancies maintaining high level integrity.
