We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Specialist with FAA in Washington, DC or at the WJHTC, Atlantic City NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provides expertise in compiling, arranging, storing and retrieval of information to facilitate support of the FAA customer.
- Administers LANs and WANs.
- Designs interface programs develops security procedures regulate usage maintain entire VMware Virtual Production VSphere ESXi 6.7 Development LAN environments works on hyperconverged infrastructure VXRail solutions completes schema exports required for test development environments when those need refreshed release development plan disaster recovery/COOP test environment upgrade hardware patches UNIX Oracle Postgres SQL ports monitored by DBA performs planning cost analysis all aspects large-scale projects implements large scale network applications troubleshoot problem areas design tests building servers backup networking trouble shooting operations coordinates network policy procedures standards assists training users
