Description

Performs base supply Integrated Logistics System - Supply (ILS-S) computer support functions to include writing and distributing reports for government ILS-S supply customers, posting reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Assist with degraded operations and process post-post transaction.

+ Troubleshoot/research faulty ILS-S transactions and import as DIREPS and system design changes to the ILS-S computer database.

+ Submit requests to Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) to take the ILS-S computer system off-line with valid justification.

+ Responsible for approving ILS-S access for all personnel on Creech Air Force Base (Materiel Management personnel, Decentralized Materiel Support (DMS) personnel, and Maintenance personnel) who require access.

+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Associate degree in related field such as logistics, or equivalent applicable work experience in the Air Force supply systems with an emphasis in Supply and Computer Operations is preferred.

+ A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.

+ This position requires 2 to 4 years work experience in the Air Force supply systems with an emphasis on Computer Operations and have a current A+ certification.

+ The candidate must have a current Security Plus certification.

+ Must have a working knowledge of ILS-S processes, and procedures.

+ Must be familiar with procedural Air Force requirements AFI 23-101, AFMAN and AFH and ILS-S Users Manual.

+ Must possess and maintain a US Government Secret level security clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a US Government security clearance.

+ Must possess a valid state issued drivers license.

**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 15 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Reports to Computer Operations Supervisor. Full-Time (five days/ week schedule with minimal overtime projected)
