    We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team and oversee payroll operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in various states.

    The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and implementing best practices to streamline payroll processes.



    Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee the payroll process for employees across multiple states.
    Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
    Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
    Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    Provide support and guidance to staff regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
    Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations and update payroll processes accordingly.
    Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review. Participate in audits and assist with resolving any payroll-related discrepancies or issues.

    Requirements:

    5-10 years of related experience with minimum 3 years of direct management experience in professional setting
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field preferred.
