Job summary:

The Director of Commercialization will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new studio ventures,
taking products from zero to one by driving commercialization activities including market positioning,
customer development, launch planning, and early revenue traction.

This person will partner closely with founders,
Hashed services teams, and design partners / early customers / co-build partners
to translate venture concepts into scalable, market-validated businesses.
