    Marketing Manager

    Salary Range :
    $75,000 - $90,000 per year

    Bonus Target:

    10%

    Position Objective
    The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in retail growth through strategic in-store promotions and robust supplier partnerships. Responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and reporting promotions, this role ensures alignment with business objectives. Furthermore, the Manager actively cultivates community engagement and stays updated on emerging external trends.
    Major Functions
    Promotional Strategy Development and Execution (40%)
    Identify and capitalize on unique promotional opportunities with key suppliers.
    Collaborate with suppliers on promotion development, theming, planning, and execution.

    Execute marketing plans and campaigns in alignment with brand strategies, while also fostering community engagement through targeted events and sponsorships.

    Performance Measurement and Reporting (30%)
    Collaborate with data analytics teams to measure and analyze promotion results.
    Generate comprehensive reports on promotion effectiveness and ROI, incorporating insights from competitive analysis.
    Utilize insights to refine future promotional strategies and campaigns.
    Retail Partnership Management (20%)
    Ensure accurate execution of in-store promotions in accordance with supplier partnership agreements.
    Work closely with retail management to coordinate promotional activities and identify merchandising opportunities.
    Organize, execute, and monitor all promotional marketing elements across various channels.
    Marketing Collateral Management and Support (10%)
    Assist in organizing and trafficking promotional marketing elements, including digital and print advertising, website, e-commerce, and packaging.
    Provide support for non-promotional in-store merchandising and signage needs.
    Lead social media strategy development and oversee execution on relevant channels, incorporating insights from competitive analysis.
    Please note that the percentage allocation is a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.
    Education and Experience
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    5+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with expertise in advertising, digital properties, promotions, loyalty, and/or e-commerce.
    2+ years of people leadership experience
    Must be at least 21 years of age.
    Ability to obtain and maintain an active MED badge in the state of Colorado.
    A Plus, but not Required
    MBA degree.
    1-3 years experience in retail, CPG, cannabis, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, or alcohol sectors.
    2-4 years experience in data analysis and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and formulas.
    Working Conditions? (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
    Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included).
