    YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): As the Vice President of Asset Protection at Victra, you will work within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the mantras of success. In this role, you will:

    • Align Asset Protection with Victra's overarching strategy, directing key leaders to enhance financial loss prevention and mitigation while ensuring close coordination with executive and senior management. You'll integrate priorities with broader organizational objectives, safeguarding company assets, the brand, customers, and employees.
    • Champion the development and execution of a targeted financial loss prevention strategy that actively protects company assets, financials, the brand, customers, and employees. Continually refine loss prevention and mitigation tactics, business continuity plans, and safety strategies, ensuring they align with Victra's risk appetite and culture of performance and innovation.
    • Lead in-depth risk assessments to identify potential impacts on business operations, employees, customers, financial stability, and brand reputation. Foster a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and professional development within the team, enhancing risk management effectiveness and aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Manage the organization's investigative needs ethically and compliantly, upholding the integrity of the Victra brand and building stakeholder trust while adhering to relevant regulations and internal policies. Act as a pivotal liaison, facilitating strategic information exchange and collaborative initiatives with key partners, providing visionary leadership to the team, and safeguarding Victra's reputation.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in financial loss prevention and risk management, steering policy development, and proactive risk identification. Collaboratively forge and maintain dynamic strategies and solutions with internal and external partners, ensuring a unified approach to security, financial loss prevention, and brand protection.
    • Build robust cross-functional relationships to foster organizational growth, ensuring departmental activities support Victra's broader objectives and contribute to the safety and well-being of customers and employees. Efficiently manage asset protection resources and budgets, advocating for an environment rich in innovation and solution-focused thinking.
    • Guide leaders, ensuring their focus and workload are prioritized in alignment with both departmental and Victra's organizational roadmaps and goals. Drive clarity, strategic direction, and comprehensive protection of assets, brand, and people, reinforcing Victra's commitment to performance, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and celebration.

    YOUR BACKGROUND (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

    For the Vice President of Asset Protection role at Victra, a dynamic and entrepreneurial background is essential:

    • Bachelor's degree required with 15 to 20 years in Asset Protection or related fields.
    • Proven leadership skills for team development and talent retention in a cross-functional environment.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Resourceful and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
