    3Ci is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join their Client's dynamic team in Atlanta. As a leading service provider, our Client is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1-1.5 support, including but not limited to basic PC repair, troubleshooting, Active Directory management, ServiceNow ticket handling, and O365 administration. Additionally, the role may involve offering desk-side support as needed within the office premises. On-site presence required for 5 days a week. No on-call duties.     Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service desk roles.
    • Proficiency in Active Directory, ServiceNow, and O365 Administration.
    • Strong team attitude and communication skills.
    Education and Experience:
    • High School diploma required; AA/BA/BS degree preferred.
    • 2 years of Help/Service Desk experience.
    • Advanced technical training is desirable.
    • Experience in at least two of the following areas: Active Directory Users and Computers, Service Now, Office 365 Administration, IT networking, PowerShell Scripting, Telephony & Voice Integration/Troubleshooting.
