- Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial plans and annual budgets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders

- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide insightful financial analysis, highlighting key performance drivers, trends, and potential risks to senior management
- Develop and present regular financial reports, performance dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making
- Forecasting and Scenario Planning:
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and external factors on financial outcomes
- Use forecasting models to project financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement or cost-saving measures
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Provide financial insights to support cross-functional initiatives, cost optimization, and revenue growth strategies

- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional growth
- Provide guidance on complex financial analyses, ensuring the team delivers accurate and insightful reports and recommendations
- Bachelors degree required
- 7+ years of professional finance experience or equivalent field
- 3+ years of people management experience
- SQL or Power BI experience a plus
- Experience directly supervising mid-to-large teams
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales organization with ever-changing business needs
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating an environment of highly engaged employees that achieve extraordinary results
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the role:
As a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) with TQL, you will oversee our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will manage and mentor other analysts, identify areas of improvement, provide constructive feedback and being a liaison with upper management.
