Adventure Air Sports At The Cooler - Alpharetta, GA
Job Title: Duty Manager | Part - Time position potential for full time.
Job Description: As the Duty Manager, you will work directly with the park's management team to ensure Adventure Air Sports are followed. You will manage the day-to-day operations, control inventory, maintain health and safety standards, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will be responsible for all staff which includes training and supervising. You will also monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall experience for guests. The Duty Manager will work with all teams to ensure that Adventure Air Sports is of the highest quality at all times by monitoring, analyzing, and improving the guest's and teams' experience for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years management experience in a related field
- Previous experience working with part time staff (ability to lead and motivate)
- Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality
- Ability & flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Communication, Organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills are a must
- Ability to create & pull needed reports
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
- Demonstrate financial acumen
- First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with employee scheduling, cash handling & inventory control
- Willingness to learn operational platforms
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Maintain Adventure Air Sports policies and procedures in all aspects of the business
- Manage ~50 part time staff | Hiring/Training
- Perform the functions of team members when necessary
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility
- Enforce and ensure ALL safety rules are followed, including waiver policy
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure the safety of all equipment with regularly documented checks
- Repair fixtures and equipment as issues are noticed or instructions from Management
- Ensure the overall cleanliness/appearance, including floors, restrooms, carpets, etc
- Ensure proper cash management controls are followed
- Ability to perform "on the spot" coaching
- Ability to handle and resolve guest issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Other management duties as assigned
- Ability to do manual labor | Physical agility and strength required (at least 50 lbs)
- Ability to perform court inspections and maintenance

The Alpharetta Family Skate Center, The Cooler - Where Fitness Meets Fun is a sports center offering ice skating & hockey lessons & teams.
