    The SLP Clinical Supervisor is a versatile, results-oriented professional responsible for managing and overseeing a clinical team. This role involves providing operational oversight and supervision to clinical service staff, which may include fully licensed therapists, therapist-interns, and Qualified Mental Health Professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision for assigned clinical personnel and support staff, ensuring adherence to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
    • Service Quality Management: Participate in agency quality assurance activities, including performance and outcomes review, case record review, stakeholder satisfaction review, incident review, and improvement planning.
    • Communication and Relationships: Establish relationships and communicate effectively with clients, caseworkers, probation officers, family members, and staff.
    • Administrative Oversight: Manage clinical documentation compliance, service scheduling, and delivery, as well as monitor referral lists and case assignments.
    • Training and Development: Attend and conduct department/agency meetings and training related to the position's responsibilities.
    Essential Duties:
    • Supervision: Evaluate clinical experience and performance to determine supervision needs, which may be weekly or bi-weekly.
    • Clinical Team Meetings: Lead clinical team meetings to communicate program and organizational developments and ensure clinical service goals are met.
    • Caseload Management: Review and manage caseload and productivity weekly, addressing "no show" and cancellation concerns to mitigate barriers to successful treatment.
