Hyper Recruitment Solutions are seeking an experience Senior Program Manager to join a rapidly expanding A player manufacture based in Oklahoma to become part of their newly developed PMO team.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee New Product Development projects through the entire project lifecycle. Introducing new features & products, whilst focusing on stage-gate processes.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESYour duties as the Senior Program Manager will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:

Work through stage-gate product development, through planning, execution, control & close project to deliver scope across schedule, budget & quality.

Identify, prioritize, escalate, & facilitate the resolution/mitigation of project issues, risks, & conflicts within cross-functional project teams.
Work with others in the PMO to develop work objectives, define & communicate scope, resources, & project plans.

Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, etc.)Overseeing NPD projects for different company brands across a scope of products.

Degree

• EngineeringPMP Certification (preferred)Worked with waterfall & stage gate structure product development.

Must have strong experience working with New Product Development in a manufacturing environment.
