- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the mitigation process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Supervise and lead mitigation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and training to optimize productivity and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure work meets quality and safety requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Manage budget allocations and monitor expenses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in the mitigation, construction, or related industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments.
