    About this role:


    Wells Fargo has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Executive Specialist in the Enterprise Change Management organization which reports into the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and ultimately within the Chief Operating Office (COO).


    The Enterprise Change Management team sets the standards, processes, procedures, and tools that enable Wells Fargo to deliver change, drive simplification and remove bureaucracy.


    Joining the Chief Operating Office (COO) will allow you to work in a fun, diverse environment where you will gain exposure to the multitude of businesses within the company and drive initiatives critical to the transformation of Wells Fargo at the enterprise level.

    You will obtain access and visibility to executive level leaders from across the company as you build your network.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
    • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
    • Coordinate meeting logistics and preparation, managing invitations and facilities and providing detailed data, information and resources to leader and participants
    • Support projects
    • Handle all personnel and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion.
    • Assist with invoice processing with knowledge general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; research general ledger issues.
    • Be responsible for drafting complex and/or confidential correspondence.
    • Establish and implement office procedures and controls
    • Act as an information source on group and company policies
    • On-board new team members
    • Coordinate facilities support, floor administration, space planning
    • Provide Human Resources administration systems proxy for functions such as PTO tracking, and Annual Compliance tracking
    • Build and develop relationships with peer Executive Specialists
    • Act as information source on group and company policies
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
    • Interact with external customers and third parties

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience providing administrative support for senior-level leaders or executives
    • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
    • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
    • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
    • Ability to make decisions, prioritize work, report priorities/metrics to senior management, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
    • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
    • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience with setting up meetings and utilization of Microsoft Teams (or similar platform experiences) for meeting facilitation

    Job Expectations:

    • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

    Base Compensation Range:
    $ $54.33 USD Hourly
