    Role Definition

    Manage operations and sales support activities for repossessed and lease return assets in the U.S. and Canada. Services include asset inventorying, transportation, payment approvals, listings, Notices of Sale, auction coordination, invoicing, and cash application.

    Responsibilities

    Verifying and documenting information related to asset inventory and sale to ensure accuracy and completeness; processing through systems.

    Responding to operation and sale inquiries and requests, resolving problems and errors to provide high quality customer service.

    Provides day-to-day direction to the team and ensures all legal/compliance requirements are met, including process controls and regulatory filings.

    Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.
