    Job Description

    Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services - Full time - The areas highest quality nursing care providing a warm and compassionate environment - Excellent benefits including generous (optional) medical, dental and vision plans, 25 paid days off, pension plan, annual holiday bonus, childcare on site and free meal with every shift worked - Full time 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday - The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to residents and those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience.
    • Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure
    • Valid NJ Drivers License
    • Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients
    • Homecare visits required
    • Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
    • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.

    .Parker Rehab at Home Services (Home-Based)

    Parker offers Rehabilitation Services - Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy - in the comfort of one's home. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Mileage, cell phone reimbursement, and travel time to visits are additional and covered per Parker's guidelines.
