    Project Maintenance Reliability Engineer

    Our well-established client company with a global presence is hiring. We are looking for a Project Maintenance Reliability Engineer. Lead projects, maintenance, and reliability engineering to resolve, improve, and implement activities within the manufacturing plant. You will provide technical expertise on all matters of projects, maintenance, and reliability engineering for all production process equipment. This position will focus on improving equipment performance, implement Mechanical Integrity (MI) best practices. Establish effective preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. Define root cause failure analysis (RCFA). Implement corrective improvement plans using root cause analysis to identify issues with plant equipment. Implement solutions to reduce downtime. Lead reliability programs. Oversee Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance efforts. Assist implementing Capital Projects. Define equipment critical paths, job scopes, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems. Define and approve repairs to service equipment. Troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, generators, boilers, etc.) Provide support to establish adequate spare parts and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment. Provide support for major machinery overhauls, equipment replacement, etc. Understanding of equipment function and design, regulations, and mechanical integrity. Knowledgeable in predictive/preventive maintenance tools. Knowledge of CMMS and other equipment databases.

    Bachelor's degree in engineering. 3 to 30 years of related experience within a chemical and/or a mid-heavy level manufacturing industrial plant.

    Generous salary $80,000 - $100,000 and benefits included.
