- Lead commercialization of new dry oral solid drug products
- Anticipate and address manufacturing challenges for new products
- Integrate disciplines for technical projects and process improvements
- Provide technical support for manufacturing transfers and external sites
- Design and execute experiments to enhance product/process robustness
- Collaborate on project plans and new technology deployment
- Author technical reports and regulatory submissions
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical manufacturing trends
- Mentor and develop technical resources
- Achieve results that drive business improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in dry products development and manufacturing
- Demonstrated technical leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience integrating multiple technology disciplines
- Flexibility to collaborate across functions and regions
