Looking to build real-world analytical experience this summer? Delta Dental is hiring three Undergraduate Interns to join our Underwriting team

This internship is designed for sophomore and junior students who are curious, analytical, and interested in learning how risk assessment and financial decision-making drive business strategy. You'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced underwriting professionals, and develop practical skills that translate directly into careers in finance, actuarial science, analytics, and insurance.

No prior underwriting experience required - just a strong foundation in math, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
