    Wind Turbine Blade Maintenance Professional


    This role requires a thorough understanding of wind turbine blade inspection and repair processes. The successful candidate will oversee the tracking of inspections, damages, and repairs across our fleet, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively.



    Key Responsibilities


    • Maintain accurate records of blade inspections and repairs
    • Administer requirements for regular blade inspections across our fleet
    • Determine priorities for blade maintenance based on severity of damage
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs


    Fleet-Wide Operations Management


    The professional in this position must be able to demonstrate expertise in composite materials, including knowledge related to structural integrity management principles. This person must also be well-versed in wind turbine safety standards as well as basic hand tool operations.
