At AssuredPartners, we are growing If have a degree in Mathamatics, Economics, an MBA, then would want to talk with you about an exciting career where the sky is the limit The Healthcare Strategy Analyst position is responsible for working with Underwriting, Data Consultants, Account Managers, Producers, and Clients in preparing requests for proposals, obtaining and analyzing carrier quotes, inputting & analyzing data from various automation systems, and maintaining a small book of business.

It also works collaboratively with the underwriting & data teams to perform financial & data analysis of a clients healthcare plans.

You are a natural presenter and great communicator up, down, and across the organization and work well with other teams and in client settings.

Execute competitive bidding of all employee benefits coverage lines. Prepare PowerPoints outlining financial and contractual analysis according to company policy. Review vendor proposals for accuracy.

Assist Underwriting and Data Consultants to evaluate, determine, and recommend alternative coverages, pricing, options, and plan design changes based on analysis of available plan elements and on client/prospect goals.

Produce deliverables timely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards. Work jointly with Underwriting to forecast and develop projections. Maintain positive relationships with vendor representatives. Remain abreast of the health insurance environment and constantly changing insurance legislation. Respond to routine and non-routine correspondence. Work independently and within the team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Represent AssuredPartners positively and professionally with both internal and external Clients. Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
