    Job Description:
    We are looking for a skilled Senior Microbiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform microbiological tests, isolate and identify microorganisms, and ensure accurate lab results. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare teams with vital diagnostic information.

    Responsibilities:
    Perform microbial testing on patient samples
    Isolate and identify bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms
    Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
    Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards
    Document and report results accurately

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field
    Certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
    Experience with microbiological testing techniques
    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
