- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to parents, teachers, and the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team
- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to address academic and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide counseling services to students individually or in small groups
- Offer consultation to parents, teachers, and staff on student-related issues
- Participate in special education meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Stay current with best practices in school psychology and contribute to the overall improvement of the school community
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid New Hampshire state credential as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services to students
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of educators and support staff
