- Act as a subject-matter expert for both internal teams and external clients in Compounding Pharmacy (503A) and Outsourcing Facility (503B) business needs.
- Provide guidance on non-sterile and sterile compounding, formulation development, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, validation, aseptic processing, and more.
- Deliver specialized consultations, continuing education, and support on product portfolios for 503A and 503B business needs.
- Extensive knowledge of DQSA, FDA Guidance, DEA regulations, 21 CFR Part 210 and 211, USP <795>, and USP <797>.
- Experience in various areas such as product procurement, quality systems, aseptic processing, analytical testing, facility design, and more.
- Ability to serve as a technical expert in non-sterile and sterile processes, formulation chemistry, and client formulation requests.
- Skills in Continuing Pharmacy Education activities and leadership roles.
- Strong judgement, ethical practice, and decision-making abilities.
