About the Role: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process





• Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly





• Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items





• Perform customer checkout procedures





• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment





• Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items





• Stay informed and adhere to company policies and procedures





Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be friendly and helpful, willing to engage with customers, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
