    Our client, a well-known apparel company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI to join their team for a remote, 12-month contract.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Product Management, User Research, Development, Marketing, and other team members
    • Deliver usable, engaging experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platforms
    • Create clear user experience vision, user journeys, end-to-end-user experiences, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
    • Facilitate effective user research sessions to gain insights
    • Articulate ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively to internal leaders, partners, and customers
    • Use insights, clear communication, and great design craft to build trust in your work
    • Evangelize UX & UI best practices to our partners and stakeholders
    • Effectively manage your design projects
    • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and dynamic design culture
    • Analyze and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative insights to help communicate and drive the direction of proposed solutions

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5 years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment
    • Proven track record designing successful consumer-facing experiences
    • Expert in at least one or two, and solid in the rest of the following disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, UI design, user research, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping
    • Experience working with large-scale design systems
    • A high standard of creativity and craft and the desire to create wonderful design work that goes above and beyond expectations
    • Expertise with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solution
    • Highly proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MIRO
    • Experience facilitating design workshops and user research
    • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field
    • Strong portfolio of web and native app design that demonstrates the depth of your experience
