Do you have experience as an Asset Protection Manager with strong leadership skills? Are you skilled at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? As a District Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for developing, directing, and leading the implementation of the company's Asset Protection, Shortage control, and Safety programs for all markets in your region.

    You'll oversee store management and shortage control associates to ensure company policies and procedures are followed and maintain safety and security standards for customers, associates, merchandise, and structures. Manage the investigation of asset protection incidents, develop strategies to reduce incidents and financial loss, and drive results.


    Responsibilities:
    • Develop expertise in internal and external investigations, auditing, shortage reduction programs, and system controls.
    • Manage shortage control staffing for all store locations, including payroll and expenses.
    • Conduct and oversee internal and external investigations, audits, and system controls.
    • Collaborate with District and Store Management, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and Control on Asset Protection and Shortage Control matters.
    • Monitor and maintain physical security controls, including CCTV, alarms, and emergency systems.
    • Contribute to the development of Asset Protection programs, provide leadership in new initiatives, and manage training programs.
    • Audit Financial, Merchandising, and Operations divisions, providing actionable analysis.
    • Build relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals.
    Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District Management experience, familiarity with asset protection programs and software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in conducting internal investigations and managing apprehension programs. Travel within the district is required.
