- Spend more time with patients - Up to 60 minutes with patients to answer questions and address concerns.

- Smaller patient panel. Max patient panel of 450 per physician.
- Interdisciplinary team. Includes nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator.
- Support for patients - From group ceramics to rummy card games, our centers offer a slew of fun activities to meet both old friends and new.
- $100,000 recruitment loan and medical school loan repayment of up to $150,000
- Monthly $2,500 stipend available to residents and fellows
- Excellent annual compensation (starting at $250,000) and benefits, including relocation, malpractice and tail coverage
- Visa sponsorship available: H1B
- 15 paid CME days and $3,500 for CME activities
- Teaching/Research: Health System has an exciting intellectual environment highlighted by their four primary care residency programs, including: Family medicine, internal medicine and internal medicine/pediatrics and a Medical School. The medical school is a leader in innovative education, with a curriculum emphasizing active learning, longitudinal clinical experiences and community engagement. The research division supports >50 full-time faculty and >30 clinician scientists with expertise across a wide array of research areas, including informatics, data science, precision health, genomics, implementation science, outcomes research, bioethics, and clinical trials.
