- Project Management including rehab estimating, planning, scheduling & management
- Budgeting & tracking, vendor management, cost control and procurement
- 'Appraise' properties as directed and trained by Management
- Interact with occupants regarding relocation
- City/County/Building Department interaction as required -Qualifications:
- Construction Field experience, Real Estate license is a plus
- Self Starter & deadline oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to analyze RE assets including location, desirability, rehab cost, retail value
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Real Estate or Contractor's License is a plus Candidate should possess leadership, organizational & motivational skills
