    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and providing exceptional patient care. This is a pivotal role that requires a balance of leadership, pharmacological knowledge, and a passion for community health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
    • Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and safe storage.
    • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Provide pharmacological information by answering questions and requests from health care professionals and patients.
    • Ensure the accuracy of all prescriptions, compounded medications, and pharmacy services.
    • Implement health and wellness programs to educate the community on various health topics.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and improve outcomes.
    • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the pharmacy, including budgeting and forecasting.

    Shift:

    • Pharmacy Operation Hours:
    • Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
    • Saturday: 9:00am -1:00pm.

    Qualifications:

    • Wisconsin Pharmacistlicense.
    • Retail Pharmacy experience.
