We're looking for an individual with experience in IBM Maximo 7.6, including Spatial and Utilities modules, who can effectively assist our clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.

You'll need to provide second-tier support for application and process issues, recommend solutions, and assist with system testing and signoff for new releases and patches.

Key duties include coordinating testing scripts, communicating technical concepts to non-technical users, maintaining system codes, configurations, and documentation, as well as monitoring application performance.

You'll also work with advanced SQL, create ad-hoc reports, manage user security, and assist with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity functions.

Some supervisory and administrative tasks will be part of your responsibilities.
