    Aurora, Colorado – Denver metro area


    Unit:
    Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) – 36 beds, expanding to 51


    Employment Type:
    Travel Contract


    Duration:
    13 weeks (Start: 2/16/2026 – End: 5/18/2026)


    Shift:
    Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:00)

    Registered Nurse Qualifications

    Active RN license in Colorado or Compact State (required for Colorado nursing jobs)

    Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in BMT, hematology/oncology, or Progressive Care Unit

    AHA BLS certification

    ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification

    Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system

    Travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers welcome if experience requirements are met

    PCU RN Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies

    Administer chemotherapy and biotherapies, monitor for adverse reactions, and manage treatment side effects

    Perform central line and port care, blood product administration, and manage acute oncologic emergencies (e.g., tumor lysis syndrome, sepsis, anaphylaxis)

    Implement neutropenic precautions and monitor for complications

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care

    Float between similar units as needed to support facility requirements

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic
