- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a science related field of study or extensive micro laboratory/brewing experience (Preferred degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Agronomy, and Chemical Engineering).
- You have at least 6 months experience (negotiable) in quality related processes. I would be open to college graduates looking for experience and their first opportunity.
- You have knowledge of the principles and techniques of microbiology and chemistry
- You exhibit knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrument maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting
- You have working knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
- Must be flexible to working first, second, or third shift and some mandatory weekend OT
- Performs, interprets and evaluates chemical and microbiological analyses
- Develops, trends and summarizes analytical and microbiological information
- Monitors, calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment and ensures appropriate levels of quality supplies
- Facilitates quality improvement and problem solving
- Laboratory experience: 1 year (Required)
