Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Are you an empathetic Occupational Therapist (OT) eager to enhance the lives of individuals through personalized therapy? Soliant is seeking a dedicated OT to join our team and contribute to improving functional abilities across diverse populations.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
State licensure in Occupational Therapy or eligibility for licensure is required
Strong munication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with diverse populations is preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities
Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and more
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for prehensive care
Maintain meticulous documentation tracking client progress accurately
