    **Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and growing their career.

    About the Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, operating the cash register, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with daily tasks around the store.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
    • Run the register and process transactions accurately
    • Make purchase suggestions and promote products
    • Assist with food program initiatives
    • Maintain store appearance and ensure high standards
    • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

    Requirements:

    • Retail and customer service experience preferred
    • Sales associate or cashiering experience desired
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Motivation to advance in your career
    • Willingness to learn and have fun

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
    • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
    • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
    • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
    • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
    • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
