The Healthy Careers initiative seeks to assist individuals in removing barriers and obtaining/ retaining employment in the healthcare field.
This intensive case management position will work closely with job seeker participants and Career Specialists to assess and remove barriers to employment.
The counselor will holistically focus on the participant and his/her family and provide community resources or referrals to outside agencies as necessary.
Positions will begin in July 2024. Located in Chattanooga, TNThe position follows the State of TN holiday and inclement weather policies. All annual leave must be expended before termination of the grant or upon exiting the university. No provision exists for the payout of any annual leave hours not used.
