    Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a Hunter persona to join our dynamic sales team. 100% Remote

    The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who excels at cold calling and is driven to turn prospects into successful sales.

    If you are an independent and goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving new business, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Outreach:
      • Utilize cold calling and other proactive methods to identify and engage potential clients.
      • Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
      • Demonstrate persistence and resilience in the face of rejection, consistently pushing to open doors and create opportunities.
    2. Sales Magic:
      • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
      • Employ strategic selling techniques to navigate objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage content and campaigns in the sales process.
    3. Independence and Motivation:
      • Work independently to manage and prioritize your own schedule and tasks.
      • Thrive in a commission-driven environment, staying motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    4. New Business Acquisition:
      • Focus on bringing in net new business to expand the company's client base.
      • Identify and pursue opportunities to take business away from competitors.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and turn it into motivation.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

    • Comfort with short attention spans and ability to focus on the bigger picture.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
    • Ability to collaborate with other team members, especially the Gatherer persona, to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to relationship building.
