Mediation Administrator, Dispute Resolution Services - Los Angeles

Job summary
The Mediation Administrator in Dispute Resolution Services is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills to provide interpretations regarding rules and regulations,and managing a docket of mediation cases. This position involves case administration of both arbitration converted cases and cases where parties agree to mediate first.
Determine mediating parties, assess fees,
negotiate conditions to mediate.Independently answer questions about mediation process
make decisions about eligibility requests. Conduct regular solicitation of active arbitration cases through outreach methods.
- Maintain information in shared Department database,
- send monthly updates DRS Infrastructure purposes reporting statistics external website.
