- Bachelor's degree in education, Spanish, or related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license in North Carolina preferred.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a charter school or diverse educational setting.
- Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native fluency preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
