- Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes.
- Provides customer additional information or explains services.
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Setting up logistics for shipping out finished goods as needed, including overseas shipments.
- Invoice customers as required.
- Back up for other customer service reps and logistics coordinator front desk duties when absent.
- Enters in finished lot numbers into inventory spread sheet/update with any Quality issues or customer forecasts
- Enters in new customer information in ERP system (Datacor).
- Provides freight quotes to the customer for orders shipping prepaid and add.

The Customer Service Rep will confirm POs, generate sales orders, follow FIFO for inventory shipments, track inventory and communicate with production, sales, and accounting as needed on customer needs and customer accounts. They will assist customers by effectively solving customer disputes and provide additional information or services discussing products offered. They will set up logistics for shipping out finished goods as needed, including overseas shipments. This position has the possibility to be Hybrid position with a mix of remote work and office work. They are the back up for other Customer Service Reps and the in-office Logistics Coordinator, so would need to be in office to cover front desk duties when logistic coordinator is out on vacation or training. Can work Remote the majority of the time, and in the office as needed.
