Description
ChristianaCare's Medical Group is looking to hire a Full Time Site Manager to support our Middletown practices.The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising the ambulatory practices, support caregivers and ensuring that the daily activities and workflows of their clinics and programs are being followed.
The leader will provide front-line direction and problem-solving, serves as the first accountable leader when expectations are not being met, and will provide assistance and support to the team to create an environment for caregivers to provide high quality care to their patients.
Work Schedule Mondays to Fridays:
8a - 5p No weekends or holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Completes Check-ins and Annual Performance Evaluations of assigned caregivers (MAs, OAs) Provides on-site support and direction for daily problem-solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.
Monitors and coaches front desk caregivers (OAs) to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to registration, phone management, scheduling, and copay collection activities.
Conducts daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures that supply levels are maintained to support the activities of the clinic.Monitors and coach's non-provider caregivers to ensure that standard operating procedures and workflows are being followed related to rooming patients, data collection, documentation, and all other assigned activities in support of high-quality patient care.
Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers.
